Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ACA Soccer Academy website, digital programs, mobile and web applications, community features, and related products and services offered by A.C.A. Soccer, Inc. (“ACA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our services, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Our products are designed for parents, guardians, and families supporting youth athletes. Purchases and customer accounts should be created and managed by an adult who is legally able to enter into an agreement.
If a child or minor uses Coach Dad Coach Mom or another ACA service, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising that use, deciding what information is shared, and ensuring the training environment is appropriate and safe.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account.
You agree to use the same or otherwise accurate identifying information needed to connect your purchase with your ACA account. If you experience an access problem, contact info@acasocceracademy.com so we can assist.
3. Purchases and Program Access
Paid Coach Dad Coach Mom programs are purchased through ACA’s authorized checkout experience. Downloading the ACA Soccer Academy app by itself does not automatically grant access to paid programs.
When a purchase includes digital access, ACA may provision that access to the account associated with the customer’s purchase information. Access is subject to these Terms and any applicable product-specific terms or policies.
Current Coach Dad Coach Mom purchases are intended as one-time purchases with continuing access to the purchased program package unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or later changed for future purchases.
4. Physical Training Equipment
Certain Coach Dad Coach Mom purchases include physical training equipment. Eligible packages currently include 17 training cones and 1 agility ladder.
Physical equipment is fulfilled separately from digital program access. Shipping, replacement, address, delay, and damaged-item matters are governed by our Shipping & Equipment Fulfillment Policy.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility is governed by our current Refund Policy. Because digital training content may be accessible shortly after purchase, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, subject to the exceptions and review process described in that policy.
6. Training, Safety, and No Performance Guarantee
Soccer training and physical exercise involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate training space, using equipment safely, providing age-appropriate supervision, and stopping an activity if it appears unsafe.
ACA programs are educational and instructional resources. They do not replace medical advice, individualized medical care, or the judgment of a qualified coach or healthcare professional.
ACA does not guarantee that participation in a program will result in a particular athletic outcome, team placement, scholarship, ranking, level of play, or other specific result.
7. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
The ACA Soccer Academy and Coach Dad Coach Mom names, curriculum, lesson structure, videos, written materials, graphics, worksheets, coaching guides, training methods, branding, and other content made available through the services are owned by or licensed to ACA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and use the purchased content for your household’s personal training use. It does not transfer ownership of the content.
Unless ACA gives written permission, you may not reproduce, sell, license, publish, redistribute, share paid account access, screen-record or copy substantial portions of the curriculum for redistribution, create a competing product from the materials, or otherwise commercially exploit the content.
8. Community Features and User Content
ACA services may include community or interactive features. You are responsible for content you choose to post, submit, or share through those features.
Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content, and do not share personal information about a child or another person without appropriate permission.
ACA may moderate, restrict, or remove content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or maintain the integrity of the community.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the services to:
violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
gain unauthorized access to an account, system, or restricted content;
interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the services;
misrepresent your identity or your relationship with ACA;
resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit ACA content without authorization;
upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content; or
use the services in a way that creates an unreasonable safety, legal, or operational risk.
10. Third-Party Services
ACA uses third-party service providers to support functions such as ecommerce, payments, email communications, analytics, automation, application delivery, and other business operations.
Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ terms or privacy practices. ACA is not responsible for third-party services that are outside of our reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the ACA Soccer Academy Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
12. Availability and Changes to the Services
We may update, improve, replace, or discontinue features, technology, or portions of the services from time to time. We may also perform maintenance or experience interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet service, device compatibility, or events outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the purchased service as described, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.
13. Suspension or Termination
ACA may suspend or terminate access when a user materially violates these Terms, engages in fraud or abuse, creates a safety or security risk, infringes ACA or third-party rights, or uses the services in a way that materially harms ACA, its users, or its systems.
Where reasonable, ACA may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue before termination, but immediate action may be taken when necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the services and content are provided on an “as available” basis. ACA does not make warranties about uninterrupted availability, specific athletic results, or fitness for a particular competitive outcome beyond any express commitments stated at the time of purchase.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ACA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services, including losses resulting from third-party service outages, misuse of training materials, unauthorized account access, or circumstances outside ACA’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our products, services, technology, or legal obligations change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective or last-updated date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
17. Related Policies
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Equipment Fulfillment Policy. If a product-specific written promise conflicts with these Terms, the more specific customer-facing promise will control for that issue.
