Refund Policy

We want every Coach Dad Coach Mom customer to have a clear and reliable experience with both their digital program access and physical training equipment.

Digital Program Purchases

Coach Dad Coach Mom includes immediate access to digital training content. Because this content can be accessed as soon as your account is activated, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You are unable to access the program because of a technical issue that ACA Soccer Academy is unable to resolve.
• We determine that another issue with your order warrants an exception.

Refunds are not generally provided simply because a customer changes their mind after digital access has been provided or has already begun using the program.

Technical or Account Access Issues

If you are having trouble receiving your account email, confirming your account, logging in, or seeing the program you purchased, please contact us before requesting a refund.

Email info@acasocceracademy.com with the email address used for your purchase and a brief description of the issue. We will first work with you to restore or correct your access.

Physical Training Equipment

Coach Dad Coach Mom purchases that include physical equipment may include 17 training cones and 1 agility ladder.

If your equipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong items, contact us at info@acasocceracademy.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photos when applicable so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Digital program access and physical equipment are part of the same Coach Dad Coach Mom purchase, but an issue with one portion of the order does not automatically require a refund of the entire purchase if the issue can reasonably be corrected or replaced.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same Coach Dad Coach Mom product more than once, contact info@acasocceracademy.com with your order details so we can review the duplicate charge.

Refund Decisions

All refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the order. Approval of a refund in one situation does not require ACA Soccer Academy to approve refunds in other situations.

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
